Our Leadership

Jon Berna
Founder & CEO

Jon leads Driven Data’s vision, strategy, and growth, providing dealerships an analytics platform that serves as a long-term strategic asset. He has a diverse background in leading teams working in the US Navy, online education as well as both single store and large automotive groups. He decided to start Driven Data in the summer of 2013 by first working directly with dealerships all over the country on sales, marketing and process improvement to define exactly what they wanted in an automotive specific BI platform. Major development started in April of 2015 and everything has been at break-neck speed since then growing our team and product.

Jon resides in Indianapolis and is reinforced by his incredible wife Ashley and two sons.

Ryan Moore
Chief Technical Officer

Ryan has a strong, diverse background in the Information Technology world. In addition to automotive software, Ryan has worked in government, medical, education, legal, energy, and among other industries. Ryan has a long history of experience in DevOps and Software Engineering in many roles across many technology stacks. He brings a love for mentoring and teaching as well as an appreciation and experience in many areas outside of the technical spectrum.

Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his family, golfing, being on water, and enjoying nature. His career in technology stems from a passion for all things technical in his personal life. From a young age Ryan started programming and fixing (and breaking) computers, routers, and anything he could get his hands on. This eventually expanded into a mentoring role tutoring other Computer Science majors in college in addition to helping local small businesses with IT consulting.

Ryan received his degree in Computer Science from Anderson University. He has completed specialized certifications including Microsoft Software Engineering, SCRUM, and more. He views education as a never-ending process that helps him to continually improve.


Zach Hendrix
Chief Customer Officer

Zach leads Driven Data’s strategic efforts. Zach joined the team in 2020, previously supporting roles in the automotive industry ranging from retail to OEMs. Zach has a passion and trade for enterprise sales and marketing and is a tech geek by hobby. After an exhaustive search and an attempt to create a solution that combined dealerships operational data for marketing purposes Zach and Jon connected and the rest is history.

Outside of work, Zach is a student of human behavior and social science. He also enjoys playing soccer, surfing, and going on adventures with his two daughters. Zach is a Texan native, California transplant, currently residing in Costa Mesa California.

Aaron Nicely
VP of Product

Aaron leads Driven Data's product division, bringing together a traditional product team with product marketing, dealership marketing, and digital arts teams to create a cohesive customer experience that delights users. Starting his career in automotive doing digital marketing for a 10-store group in Indianapolis, he saw the best and worst of vendors, technology, and strategy. He went on to build websites, learn to code, and even create a proprietary CRM. He joined Driven Data in 2020 to distill those experiences and focus his creative energy towards serving dealerships with the best marketing and analytics products possible.

Aaron earned a degree in English from Wabash College, masters degrees in Creative Writing and Literature from Ball State University, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner. Aaron’s primary passion is spending time with his wife and two daughters . He also enjoys listening to, talking about, and playing music, and has performed in The Stampede String Band for over 10 years.

Liz new
Liz Kelley
VP of Sales & Media

Liz is Driven Data’s new VP of Sales and Media.  In addition to dissecting a dealer’s first party data to best leverage their social presence and search advertising, Liz oversees the Media component of Driven Data which takes advantage of the skyrocketing interest in video and streaming. By helping their clients maximize OTT and CTV opportunities, Liz and her team keep their clients’ brands top of mind for in-market consumers.

Liz has a diverse media background in radio, TV, and cable with accolades of sales achievement from her stints at Comcast Effectv and Time Warner. Her astute understanding of grass roots media enabled her to create and lead a full-service marketing agency intent on overachieving goals for branding and for lead generation.

Dir. of Product Performance

Mike is an industry veteran who has made an impact on the retail, wholesale, and vendor sides of the business. He began his career as a salesperson and eventually ran e-commerce for a large group in New York before joining Dealer.com as a very early employee. He held management positions in Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnership Development before the company sold in 2014.

A skilled presenter on the national stage, Mike brings a broad and deep knowledge of our space to the Driven Data team and is truly enjoys introducing dealers to the power of unlocking their first party data.

Ashley Kolb
Dir. of FP&A

Ashley currently leads Driven Data's finance and strategy, responsible for Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Accounting. She brings diverse knowledge across multiple verticals and business sizes. Her experience goes beyond financial planning and reporting to core business continuity and solutions across all departments. As a seasoned professional with over 12 years of corporate finance experience, Ashley maximizes operational excellence and delivers financial performance. Building financial and business literacy across the organization is the most rewarding part of the role.

Ashley holds a Master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. When she is not digging through data and building complex models, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

Dir. of Client Success

Jessica leverages her 15+ years of Fixed Operations and Dealership experience to guide her clients’ campaign strategies. She’s a uniquely qualified marketing professional with the experience and skills to help boost market awareness, new and pre-owned unit sales and Service retention.

Jessica donates much of her spare time to a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare. She’s a fan of fine sipping bourbons and rums, and she’s currently counting the days to her favorite holiday – Halloween.

Jordan Saunders
Sr. Mgr. of Dealership Relations

Jordan brings over 11 years of automotive experience to Driven Data.  That time split between the retail and vendor sides of the business.  Spending over five years with VinSolutions CRM and most recently serving as Director of Digital Performance and Strategy for the Bob Moore Auto Group, a 15 rooftop dealer group in Oklahoma. 

Jordan received his degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and is a lifelong Oklahoma resident.  He enjoys spending time with family and rooting on his Oklahoma Sooners and Atlanta Braves.

Amy Lundstram
Marketing Manager

Our Marketing Manager, Amy Lundstram, brings over 5 years of agency experience in digital media to our team. From selecting the top performing search keywords to optimizing creative for Facebook and Instagram, she is the in-house expert for it all.

Amy is a Butler University grad and Driven Data’s secret weapon during company golf matches (as she is a retired D1 golfer). She is well-versed in all the latest digital trends and advises on the best strategy tailored for your dealership.

Nathan Welp
Digital Arts Manager

Nathan Welp is an Indianapolis native since birth and a 2018 graduate from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in digital video production. He’s been involved with the auto industry for over 7 years, from working as a freelance photographer for MINI driving events across the country, to helping tech-challenged customers as a certified BMW Genius.

When he’s not up all night gaming or watching sports, he enjoys helping his wife with their home garden and spoiling their two cats.


Madison Bio
Madison Crader
Enterprise Development Manager

Madison leads Driven Data’s Enterprise Development and Account Management team. She joined the team in early 2021, previously supporting roles in the automotive vertical working directly with major automotive brands. Madison is a triple threat marketer who strategically aligns brands and their supporting retailers marketing efforts with the customers they collectively serve. She is fueled by a passion for helping the automotive community create efficiencies in marketing and analytics via one part automation, one part analytics.

In her free time you can find Madison at the horse stables as she is a decorated Olympic equestrian or volunteering in her local community at the famous Laguna Beach, “Pageant of the Masters.” Madison is a die-hard Seattle sports team fan and selects Russel Wilson with the first pick in her fantasy football draft every year. She currently resides in Orange County California.

Jarrod Murray
Sr. UX Research/Design

Jarrod is tasked with taking complex, dealership data and displaying it in a clear, user-friendly way. He graduated from Ball State University with a BFA in Graphic Design and brings over a decade of experience designing for the automotive industry. Jarrod joined the Driven Data team in early 2021 and is looking forward to bringing your data to life.

Jarrod is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis. He and his wife have four children that keep them busy. In his (very little) free time, he enjoys watching football, playing golf, or tackling a home improvement project.

Brooke Head Shot
Brooke Devine
Marketing Coordinator

Brooke drives the internal product marketing for Driven Data. She uses her background in marketing and project management to guide her as she manages everything from press releases to social media content to webinars. Her favorite part about working at Driven Data is that she has the opportunity to collaborate with everyone in every department in the company as she works to tell the Driven Data story. 

Brooke graduated from the University of Central Florida for both her Master's and Bachelor's degree. As a Tampa, FL resident, you can find her spending time on the water or watching any Tampa Bay sporting event. She also enjoys baking, spoiling her dog and enjoying time with friends and family.
