Who's on the floor matters.  We know that sales people who've been with you for more than 90 days tend to perform the best.

Number of Employees = Count of Sales people who have had activity in the CRM in that month.

Number of Senior Employees = Count of those individuals with activity for more than the last 90 days.


Average Gross

How much are you making per copy? Are you getting it on the front or the back? Are you keeping up with the curve?



Average Days Lead to Sale

Most sales occur within the first 3 days. The next most sales occur after 21 days.  Do you know your average days from lead to sale?
